We are hiring for a Brand Manager; the position is an International Marketing role where you will be responsible for operational marketing. You will act as a key support in achieving immediate business objectives and the business driver for the designated geographies and projects.

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Design, manage and coordinate all marketing / promotional activities through monthly activity calendars to deliver market share & overall business objectives (Topline & Brand P&L)
• Integrate ATL & BTL plans for harmonious execution
• Review marketing activities & report brand / business impact with learnings and way forward
• Manage New Product Development from conception to launch
• Evaluate, plan & implement existing product development: horizontal / vertical line (variant / product) extension, SKU proliferation
• Analyse monthly sales data to determine SKU/Geography wise requirements on respective products / brands
• Analyse retail audit data to determine SKU/Channel/Geography wise gaps and opportunities for the brand
• Market / Category & consumer data analysis (market shares / mind share"
• Consumer STP (segmentation, targeting & positioning)
• Communication Development (TVCs / Other creative output) to deliver the brand and business goals
• Develop Media Plans spanning across diff. mediums: TV, Print, Radio, out of home, digital, social media.
• Tracking Brand Health indicators regularly

Requirements

• Minimum five years experience in the FMGC industry
• Minimum four - five years experience in the GCC
• Minimum three years experience working in Trade marketing

Must have the follow skills;
• Middle East experience is mandatory
• Strong analytical abilities to apply thought
• Must have a good understanding of marketing operations processes
• Sensitivity to market / category / consumer trends
• Marketing and business planning
• Strong written & Verbal communication
• Commercial orientation
• Project Management
• Managed New product development and new pack
• MBA or equivalent from a premier business school
• Indian candidates preferred
