• Analyzing sales data (excel) and creating recommendations on products, customers & market needs
• Understand / bring key insights from current and future market trends and dynamics
• Collaborate with and support as needed cross functional departments (Key account managers, sales, R&D, supply chain, education teams)
• Manage the day-to-day project timelines & logistics

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree OR Cosmetology degree required
• 4 years experience in product development, trade marketing, or brand management
