Position Title: Brand Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A highly respected organization in the perfume industry; producing, and distributing millions of perfumes to over 80 countries globally; with outlets all over UAE.

Job Description:
• Design and Execute Marketing plan for the brands, while tracking key KPIs to ensure brands are growing sales, awareness, and penetration
• Lead the product development for the brand, with innovation pipeline locked for 2 years in advance
• Owner of the brand content (social media, in-store, videos, E-commerce content), communication, and PR
• Accountable for budget spending/reconciliation
• Develop & protect brand strategy, identity, and equity

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 30 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the same role and preferably from related industries – Perfumes/Cosmetics
• Excellent presentation skills, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, along with branding/Marketing concepts & communication
• Excellent communication skills in handling the briefs for agencies and managing their deliverables
