Job description / Role
Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East, looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to join their team in Dubai.
As a Brand Manager, you will:
• Lead overall brand strategy and expansion
• Manage all offline/traditional sales & business development strategies for the company’s brands
• Work closely internal and external teams in planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Develop and manage data-driven marketing / promotional campaigns
• Prepare annual marketing calendar and budget
• Oversee the delivery of marketing reports and KPIs
• Communicate marketing briefs to internal teams and stakeholders
• Gather insights from data and turn them into innovative recommendations
• Keep abreast with marketing trends and competitor activities
• Develop, coach and mentor the marketing team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in brand management
• Strong marketing background in the E-commerce and Beauty Retail industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
