Brand Manager - Non Food - FMCG

Job description / Role

Due to the expansion my client is seeing in the market they are looking to expand the marketing team. They are looking for a JBM to focus on developing a category across the MENA region.

Multinational Organisation who operate within the Non - Food Category.

You're main responsibilities will be but no limited to the following:-
- Participate in the development of overall strategic framework for the category.
- Develop, manage and implement marketing plan and activities that generate profitable volume growth and support brand building, in line with global and/or Business Unit guidelines.
- Adapt brand marketing communication material to local requirements to secure efficient and effective communication for each market activity.
- Manage launches and re-launches preparation and implementation according to agreed plan and within assigned budget for Incontinence care brand.
- Ensure accurate logistic forecasting at product level to meet volume targets.
- Develop and implement promotions and corresponding support materials in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Requirements

- 3 - 4 years of experience within the non food category
- Have worked on a category within the Middle East
- Exposure to Modern Trade & Pharmacy Channel
- Must be Arabic Speaking
- Ideally Female
- Degree educated
