Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a FMCG firm based in Dubai who is seeking a Brand & Marketing Executive to join their team.

This person will support the Mass Market division in developing their brands and will be responsible for all marketing activities in the Food Service and Horeca sectors. They will report to and provide full support to the Regional Brand Development Manager and ensure critical planning and implementation of visibility programs and will be responsible for specific countries marketing.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Work in close collaboration with the Regional Brand Development Manager in the development and execution of the Regional Marketing Plans.
• Explore market-relevant opportunities for brand building with a focus on the trade channel and evaluating same for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of relevant BTL and Marketing Campaigns, as well as PR & online activity for both Mass Market and Food Service divisions.
• Lead the definition and production of the POSM library while liaising with designing teams and 3rd party manufacturers.
• Support the development of NPLs (New Product Launches) and NPDs (New Product Developments).
• Lead the development of MENA compliant products Artwork and labelling.
• Conduct regular competition surveys and merchandising reviews in store.
• Collate market research data (MRD) at his/her own discretion and when specifically tasked by management.
• Assist the Regional Brand Development Manager in the reviewing of Sell Out & IMS data
• Visit key accounts on a regular basis.
• Ensure distributor execution of the agreed marketing activities
• Responsible for all the social media handles and working in coordination with Creative and Concept Designer.
• Marketing campaigns, product launch, advertisement layouts for F&B magazines, new creative ideas development etc

Requirements

The successful candidate will be young and dynamic with a hands-on mind-set and able to work in a start-up environment. An BA in Business Administration, Marketing or similar from a recognized University is essential as is a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Marketing background preferably from the FMCG industry. English and Arabic language fluency is essential, and French language abilities are a strong advantage. Complete proficiency with the MS Office Suite is required.
