Strategic Planning & Branding
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Campaign Management
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, PR)
• Oversee content creation for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertisements
• Ensure timely execution and quality control of all marketing materials
Digital Marketing
• Manage digital platforms including website, social media, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for ROI
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for digital and creative support
Budget & Performance Management
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and KPIs
• Provide regular reports and insights to management
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
• Lead, guide, and support the marketing team
• Collaborate with sales, leasing, and other departments to align strategies
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in real estate / property marketing (preferred, if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA or professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience in real estate, property, retail, or B2B marketing is preferred.
• Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and measuring ROI.
• Creativity in branding, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Budget management and vendor coordination experience.
