Brand & Media/Digital Marketing Executive

Our client a leading Insurance company is seeking to hire Brand & Media/Digital Marketing professional to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the sales team to support their efforts by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify target markets and create effective campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations to promote our products and services.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments such as product development and customer service to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets.
• Record & create online sales reports monthly /quarterly & annually with comparison analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
