Your new company is a global, live mobile broadcasting tech business who's app allows users to enjoy free calls and messaging with other users, both nationally and internationally, regardless of which mobile network provider they are using.
After reaching global success since the launch in 2000, this client is entering the Middle East and is looking to add to their 5,000 + employee headcount by building a team in Media City, Dubai.
You will work very closely together with the developers to achieve the best result in the market.
We are looking for a Mobile Broadcasting Engineer who understands development process and culture. The ideal candidate has proven comprehension of building test environment for developers, applying multiple testing techniques, and automation to improve the platform quality.
Your typical responsibilities will include quality control for the Live and Broadcasting platform .
You will be analysing problems on live broadcasting issues and be the first response collaborating with the Head Quarters developers and solving the issues together.
A large part of your role will include quality maintenance of the Live platform - Monitoring LINE Live broadcasting status.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile industry
• Understanding and experience working with Network, and HTTP Protocol.
• Live broadcasting experience via platforms like Twitch and Youtube
• Background in software development
• Ability to write shell script and work with LINUX System
• Work experience in Big Data management
Business level English and Arabic is essential for this role.
