Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Objective:

To build, develop, manage and nurture strong relationships with local and international channel partners (BROKERS) in order to generate a consistent flow of qualified prospects and thereby increase the volume of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build & Develop the network of productive channel partners (BROKERS) to market & sell RakP’s projects.
- Achieve the targeted number of additions of the channel partners every month/quarter.
- Liaise and work closely with channel partners to ensure strong long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct periodic orientation sessions/events to promote RakP’s existing & upcoming projects to channel partners.
- Provide regular & continuous product updates to channel partners.
- Act as a liaison between the channel partners and sales administration department for broker registration and signing the agreements.
- Handle channel partners’ grievances on the payment of commission and collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales administration, finance departments etc.)
- To ensure the timely payment of commission to motivate them to bring in more sales.
- Facilitate property viewing for channel partners and the clients whom they bring in.
- Identify & implement strategic initiatives and practices to engage channel partners to optimize the sales.
- Generate periodical reports to management on broker sales to evaluate the channel partners’ performance.
- Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.

Requirements

Requisite Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in Marketing/Sales/related field.

Experience Requirement:

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience or must have worked in a similar role in real estate/property sector in UAE/GCC.
- Should be highly self-motivated with a strategic approach to the work and an expert in networking with a firm grasp of the real estate market in UAE.

Skill Sets Required:

- Sound knowledge about property sales & market in UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Expertise in networking & negotiation.
- Problem Solving & Basic Numerical skills.
- Fluent in Written & Spoken English. Arabic will be an advantage.
- Planned, Organized, Systematic & Strategic approach to the work.
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
