Job description / Role
This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in property, facilities, and asset management for mixed-use developments and mega projects. The candidate will work closely with clients to deliver strategic recommendations on improving management practices across large-scale projects in the GCC.

Description
- Conduct operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities in estate and facilities management.
- Collect and analyze data to inform strategic recommendations for client projects.
- Prepare clear and detailed project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive, client-focused solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously develop technical and consulting skills to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional with a solid foundation in the construction or facilities management sectors, ready to make their mark in a consultancy role. They could come from diverse backgrounds, such as:
- MEP or Mechanical Design: Someone who has spent time in engineering consultancies, designing complex systems like HVAC, plumbing, or building automation. Their technical expertise allows them to approach operational challenges with a deep understanding of how systems interact within a building or community.
- Facilities Management Consultancy: Candidates who have experience optimizing the performance of large-scale commercial or residential developments. They understand the intricacies of asset management, lifecycle planning, and how to improve the day-to-day efficiency of operations.
- Construction Project Management: A junior Engineer who has worked on the ground, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to specification. Their hands-on experience gives them a practical perspective on operational efficiencies and client needs.
- Urban Planning or Real Estate Development: Those with a background in managing or planning mixed-use communities, bringing insights into community engagement, asset sustainability, and long-term value creation.
