A Business Development Manager is needed to join a highly regarded law firm based in Dubai. Expect an all-encompassing role driving sales to a number of sectors in the legal industry.

Due to continued success they are now seeking a Business Development Manager / to lead their internal marketing portfolio and promote the firm in the GCC region.

Joining as the Business Development Manager you will utilise your prior experience to acquire new clients across global markets. Whether you are; conducting webinars; attending tradeshows (domestically and internationally); following up client activity; pitching to prospective clients with the lawyers / associates; researching potential leads & formulating proposals and presentations to clients.

Candidate will:
- You should be a Business Development Manager ideally with prior expr within a law firm.
- Experience in a similar International Business Development role;
- You are a self-starter: who is socially adept, confident with larger groups as well as one to one encounters;
- You are well connected in both GCC market with evidence of relationships which you have personally developed and brought on board;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- The ability to build and manage a team;
- Knowledge of new technology products;
- Have on the ground experience in the GCC
- The ability to bring ideas to life whilst getting all parties on board

Requirements

Ideally candidates will:
- Be familiar with the local market
- Currently operate as a business development manager in a recognised law firm

Candidate will need to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the region and be looking to remain in this position for a number of years.
The salary for this role is £100,000 to £120,000
