eMagine are engaged with a Tier 1 Global Technology Vendor. Due to the creation of a brand new COE they are hiring for an Administration and Support Manager.
Your role will be focused on the creation of a brand new Admin function which will handle customer support and service. As well as the centralization of all Administrative functions across the MEA region. The company operates in over 60 countries therefore strong communication skills and stake holder management skills are required. Customer Service skills are also needed and you should have a good understanding as well experience of designing and implementing a shared service function.
Experience of business administration. Project Management experience. Experience of managing and developing a centralized administration department and establishing all admin departmental policies and procedures, creating efficient workflow processes as well experience of developing cost effective solutions to enhance process productivity. Customer Service skills are also needed and you should have a good understanding as well experience of designing and implementing a shared service function. Project Management Certification would be a bonus
