Job description / Role
• To work alongside the Business Development Directors to plan and execute diverse project mandates on time and at the desired quality level.
• Handle a variety of deep and broad analytical exercises that form the basis of the team's strategic recommendations
• Lead the development of deliverable's (such as drafting of white papers, policy reviews, brief strategy documents, etc.)
• Identify relevant trends and issues, and form hypotheses independently (mainly in relation to public policy and investment strategies)
• Formulate and implement recommendations and construct complex strategic solutions (example: strategy development or policy review projects)
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects under execution
• Conduct research and data collection activities as required
• Accurately prepare written material (briefing reports and presentations) that is stylistically effective and grammatically flawless
• Identify institutional development opportunities to ensure staff possess the sufficient knowledge and skills to perform their assigned tasks in a proficient manner.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 year & have worked for a prominent management consulting firm (McK, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, etc.) with corporate finance background, belonging to the Private Equity, Consumer Products or Public Sector practice.
• MBA from a good business school.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
