Job description / Role
- To work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
- This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.
- Responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects.
- To lead and manage business analysis, requirement documentation / review, user testing coordination, implementation coordination of systems, support of banking applications to ensure that the IT service is delivered effectively and efficiently in compliance with policies, procedures, standards and guidelines and business needs and business processes are automated and integrated optimally.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Must have min 8-10 years of experience in banking industry
- Knowledge in Incremental, Iterative and Adaptive (Agile) project life cycle is a must
- Must have experience working on large scale projects
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- PMP/COBIT/ITIL Certification is preferred but not essential.
