Position Title: Business Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 24K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A travel agency based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product / Project team
• Deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets
• Work closely with IT Business systems analysts to ensure business processes align with technology solutions.
• Will participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• Must have atleast 3 years’ of work experience in the same role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications – Word, Excel, Project, Visio
• Background in Jira/Proofhub, Figma, Bizagi Modular, Slack Platforms
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile, MOSCOW, Kano framework
