Job description / Role
As an integral member of our solutions delivery team, the Business Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, management and support of key business applications and initiatives within the business portfolios. You will be expected to be techno-functional and collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver solutions against business requirements.
Working with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include requirements gathering, documentation for enhancements and projects, as well as working with both end users and the broader IT teams to analyze systems, create and review functional specifications, create and review test cases, conduct testing, training and deployment – i.e. support the full application management lifecycle.
You will be expected to adopt latest technologies, be able to help analyze and design solutions to solve business problems. You will also be required to contribute towards enhancing the maturity of internal processes including service management, release management, end user support, reporting, etc.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, business related field or an MBA
Techno-functional certifications desired
