eMagine Solutions is currently engaged with one of the leading banks in the UAE that is undergoing a massive digital transformation in its retail banking units.

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Design and Innovation Department, your function will be focused on requirement gathering, BRD preparation, interaction, and presentation with stakeholders, the IT team, and vendors to achieve bank requirements. You will prepare functional and technical specifications to support the RFP and will conduct User Acceptance Testing to identify and recommend improvements to existing procedures and processes.

Your role:

• Gather, analyze and deliver detailed Business Requirement Documents
• Tracks project deliverables as well as inputs and outputs
• Conducts testing or UAT test cases for process improvements and recommendations
• Close coordination with vendors to manage the execution and efficiency throughout the project
• Stakeholder interactions to define project requirements, and gives updates on project's progress

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

• Has 4-5 years of banking experience
• Strong stakeholder management
• Very good communication skills
• Has managed complex projects
• Detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
