Business Analyst

Job description / Role

Working alongside industry professionals in this fast-paced consultancy firm, we are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of Leadership Advisory Services within this close-knit team framework.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality documentation and analytical support to clients, assisting with content and proposal creation, RFP responses and the development of presentation materials and client facing documentation. Additional responsibilities will also encompass preparation of workshop materials and program content, analysis of assessment data, preparation of summary reports and cohort analyses. Supporting the project management for leadership advisory engagements, including timeline management and deliverable tracking, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project delivery process.

We are seeking a degree educated candidate with prior experience in consulting or HR and with very good analytical and data interpretation skills. An excellent track record in project coordination, with the ability to manage complex and multiple priorities is essential. Candidates should have excellent English skills, both spoken and written, and full proficiency in MS Office. Candidates should have had some exposure to psychometric tools, assessment methodologies and data visualization tools, with a knowledge of leadership development frameworks.
