Job description / Role
Our client, one of the largest payment solution providers in the Middle East, are seeking a Business Analyst for their Dubai office due to their expanding operations and rapid growth.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience within the cards & payments domain and full-cycle delivery, while being responsible for determining client specific needs and designing solutions based on client requirements.
Brief Overview of Role and Responsibilities
* Manage and drive articulation of client requirement from a technical and business perspective
* Be the primary point of contact for the customer for engagements under you management
* Provide input with solutioning proposal including design and associated costing
* Be at the forefront of interactions with clients to obtain requirements, create BRD's, collaborate with various teams, vendors and stakeholders before handing over to project managers
* Support project managers to produce regular and detailed status reports to the customer
Requirements
* Extensive experience in business analysis within the cards and payments domain
* Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools and processes
* Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure
* Deep understanding of issuing and acquiring from a payments perspective, as well as one of the following; remittance, payment processing, card management, ATM services
* Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential
* Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base
* Knowledge of any of the following systems would be an advantage; Vision Plus, Base 24, WAY4, PRM, DCMS, PCMS, ATM/POS
* Degree in computer science or similar technology based subject essential, Masters of Science preferred
* Middle East experience preferred
