Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• ADCB is looking to hire a strong candidate with excellent skills in writing requirement documents, reports, specifications, plans and analysis
• Proficient in business process modeling tools ex: MS Visio
• Exposure / experience in business analysis in banking or finance domain
• Good understanding of banking products specific to consumer banking / on-line channels and banking operations such as account opening, lending, payments and cards
• Good understanding of banking products specific to wholesale banking / cash managements and risk management
• CBAP or equivalent Certification Preferred

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Requirements Elicitation and Analysis
• Liaise with key stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for Projects/System Enhancements, propose solutions and/or work arounds, obtain stakeholder approvals, and simplify/translate requirements into system specifications to enable project managers to create accurate and cost effective business cases

Test and Project Support
• Liaise with UAT Management and Quality Assurance team to define and review test strategy, participate in testing cycles and monitor test results in order to ensure desired quality standards are met
• Complete tasks assigned by project managers (For example: approvals, execution and monitoring) to ensure project deliverables are met

User Training
• Prepare or assist in preparing end user manuals and training materials in order to deliver end user training

• Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Self-Management
• Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance

Customer Service
• Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

Requirements

Minimum Experience
• At least 7 years of experience in the banking/financial services industry with at least 4 years of experience in a change or project management function and banking domain knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in computing, engineering, commerce or business administration

• Banking products/services and operations knowledge
• Technical documentation

• Document control
• MIS reporting and analysis
• Basic knowledge of enterprise systems
