Business Analyst, iCDD - Africa and Middle East

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support iCDD rollout for AME region. This role will lead for Business Analysis and solutioning within the Individual Client Due Diligence (ICDD) project for delivery of Individual Clients CDD system. The role entails significant complexity and scale in terms of the number of processes, countries, systems architecture, stakeholders, and aggressive timeframe.

* Experience of a full Actimize CDD platform implementation, from inception to go live
* Experience as a Business Analyst in a Client Due Diligence role
* Experience of Retail Banking and Anti Money Laundering or other similar regulatory initiatives
* Experience in the capture and analysis of complex business requirements
* Experience of solution design and testing
* Experience of change management, working with impacted stakeholders and users, helping them understand the rationale for the change and how best to adopt it
* Highly developed written communication skills, including a proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, able to converse in appropriate levels of detail with Business Heads, Frontline, Middle Office/Operations Risk,
