Business Analyst/Operation Coordinator

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Summary: This role consists of many hats. There will be many opportunities for growth within the company. You’ll be responsible for a number of tasks including: Conducting market research and outreach to potential and current clients, business development and proposals writing. Below are some of the Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Conducts Business Development and market research
• Monitors Contract Vehicles to identify opportunities and perform PWin Analysis
• Monitors Bid (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and Sourcesoughts) requests through the following US government acquisition contracts, qualifies (Bid/NoBid) and records relevant data in the CRM system:

- Navy
- First Source III

• Prepares bid responses and write proposals
• Creates quotes
• Creates Statement of Works (SoW) using company templates
• Maintains SoW and other KNZ formal documents’ templates
• Assists with VantagePoint system CRM/Project Management and Resource Management activities
• Records and updates CRM data in the system in a timely and efficient fashion
• Ensures that all project data and documentations is gathered, documented, and updated in a timely and efficient fashion
• Assists with maintaining KNZ quality management system as per ISO 9001-2015 standard
• Manages OEMs’ Relationships, certifications, and payouts
• Manages and maintains KNZ MBE, DBE, 8(a) and other certifications
• Resolves daily customers/ vendors inquiries and other accounting related issues
• Processes bills, invoices and submits/reconciles employees' monthly expense reports
• Reviews and verifies time reports and other information submitted by subcontractors to ensure accuracy and on time submission
• Promptly writes and distributes emails, correspondence memos, letters, fax communications as received
• Files correspondence and various documentations in proper company format and proofreads and distributes as assigned
• Maintains proper response letters on computer for various incoming correspondence
• Assists with managing all aspects of company marketing including: Social media, company website, blog to LinkedIn
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
