Job description / Role
* Exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest UAE based organisations
* Must have project management experience within the financial services sector
Our client is one of the foremost leading financial services organisations in the U.A.E currently undergoing large scale change. An ideal candidate will provide a structured approach and analysis whilst developing a firm understanding of all transformation related projects, existing practices and challenges. A key part of the role is coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure timely delivery of solutions in line with listed objectives. This role will also involve testing preparations for key program initiatives and ensuring compliance of initiatives with set standards and requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee the business analysis approach across change and transformation projects
* Define all requirements and analyze, communicate and validate the same to required stakeholders
* Solution Assessment and Validation
* Oversee test preparations and activities and ensure solutions meet identified business
* Ensure review of designs and impact of design decisions on requirements
* Ensure Risk, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies are being managed and addressed adequately
* Ensure alignment of solutions with TOM (Target Operating Model) and strategy
Requirements

What the ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 7+ years of business analysis experience within the financial services or a big 4 type consultancy background
* Strong experience in change, transformation or project implementation
* Strong knowledge of process modelling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Efficient stakeholder management capabilities
* Project Management certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
* Bachelor's Degree in technology, IT, business or any other relevant field
