Urgent – Business Analysts X 2 – Dubai, UAE – Tax Free Salary!!
Our client, a leading payment provider, is currently seeking to bring on 2 Business Analysts to be part of Emerging Market PMO group to be based in Dubai, UAE for full time permanent position. The successful candidate will be providing techno-functional proficiency in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures working on multiple medium and high complexity projects and programs from a business solution.
The Business Analyst is responsible of liaising with clients to define requirements and related processes using company utilities and techniques, undertakes a detailed analysis of requirements from an outline, or from a more detailed feasibility study and collecting documents related to functional and non-functional requirements, financial services, solutions design, programming language fundamentals and understanding of data structuring for sign-off prior to converting these to a functional specification and technical specification.
Requirements
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, my client is seeking an accomplished Business Analysts with at least 5 years of management experience coupled with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree either in Information Technology, Business or equivalent top-tier program
- Business Analysis certification such as CCBA, CBAP BCS or equivalent is added advantage
- Strong communicator and has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships across the company at all levels and with the clients
- Outstanding knowledge and experience of the card payments industry and the international card payment schemes chip –card preferably EMV contact and contactless and mobile payment technology such as NFC contactless and secure elements
- Strong hands-on experience in integration, IT platforms and technologies in Business Analyst environment
- In-depth knowledge of revolving credits
- Good customer facing experience with good business acumen, with the ability to make clear decisions and influence the client
