We are seeking a talented Business Analytics Associate to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a strong understanding of business processes. As a Business Analytics Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to support the growth and success of our software business.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business data and provide actionable insights to drive business strategy and decision-making.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret data, identify trends, and develop forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance metrics and trends.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business analytics and data visualization.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role within the software industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
