Business Analytics Executive - AF Motors - Toyota

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analytics Executive to join our Sales Operations team in Al Futtaim Motors - Toyota. The role will be based from our busy Dubai Head Office and will report into the Business Analytics Manager. The main purpose of this role is to transform data, KPIs and other information into an effective visualization tool which will aid AF Motors - Toyota to make informed business decisions leading the attainment of its objectives.

It is the responsibility of the Buiness Analytics Executive to validate reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, deadlines and their compliance to established standards; to identify and develop cross divisional reports and dashboards; analyze trends through established KPIs and data and highlight them through effective visualization tools alongside identifying training and resource requirements to enhance job capabilities and efficiencies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. It is essential that you have a strong, advanced knowledge in MS Office, particularly in Excel / Presentation skills / Database management.

As Reporting is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong attention to detail capabilities and be an analytical thinker.You will be customer centric and have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
