About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAP SD analyst with minimum 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, helping to streamline business processes and improve system functionality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the SAP SD module by analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP SD functionalities (order to cash process, pricing, billing, delivery, credit management, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SD.
• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with technical teams to develop enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
• Monitor and ensure data integrity and process compliance within the SAP SD module.

Basic qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD module.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes (order management, pricing, shipping, billing).
• Experience in SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, FI, PP) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and support tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
