We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our thriving real estate firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support our management team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Business Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries.
• Maintain and organize files, documents, and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and client interactions.
• Coordinate communication between departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Support the team in managing client relationships, including handling inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Help with the organization and execution of company events, property viewings, and open houses.
• Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in financial tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
• Provide general office management support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to grow within the field.
