Our client is a new children’s fashion brand providing young girls dresses for special occasions. The individual pieces are hand stitched with beautiful intricate detailing and the fabrics are sourced both locally in Dubai and from Europe. Currently available in luxury department stores both in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the female owner is a highly creative entrepreneur and this brand has been a long-standing passion for her for over 10 years. Now with a workshop and office in Dubai due to be completed shortly, she is keen to add to her team with a determined and focused Business & Brand Development Executive.
You will assist the owner to take the workload of business development from her, so she is able to concentrate on the design and distribution of the garments. Therefore, the successful incumbent must be extremely motivated and able to work autonomously. You will possess the drive to make sure the brand is developed through identifying and arranging meetings with high end retailers and departments store buyers, sourcing and attending the relevant roadshows and exhibitions on a global scale and increasing sales, reach and visibility of the brand. Working closely with the business owner you will also assist with a marketing strategy to bring new ideas and source strong opportunities for further business development and profit growth. You will be a passionate and hands on person, whom has the tenacity to remain focused on developing the brand not just within the region, but on a global scale.

You will be from a fashion background, with a preference for children’s wear and be able to confidently open doors to get the product into luxury department stores and attend the most profitable exhibitions to increase the brand profile and network of buyers.
