Our client, a multinational luxury retail brand, is looking to grow their commercial finance team and is seeking an experienced Business Controller for their regional offices in Dubai.

Our client is a prestigious fashion house with strong international presence. They have a dedicated management team who are now looking to further expand their commercial finance team by hiring an experienced Business Controller.
Description
Reporting to the Finance Director for the Middle East, the Business Controller will be responsible to/for:
* Work closely with the marketing and commercial stakeholders to support the budgeting and forecasting process.
* Support the sales and marketing functions with financial analysis, presentations and commercial business decisions.
* Develop sales targets, while coordinating pricing and margin analysis.
* Additional month end and year end closing responsibilities
* Support the development of business processes to maintain and ensure internal controls.

Requirements
The successful candidate for this role will have a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial financial and controlling experience. Candidates coming from an international luxury/fashion retail brand is a must for this position. The ideal candidate for this role will also have a dynamic personality and strong communication/interpersonal skills to be able to effectively business partner and support the team.
