Job description / Role
- Research opportunities to expand cultural affairs engagement
- Programming research that capitalises on cultural affairs engagement
- Maintain existing cultural affairs relations with international strategic partners including Embassies, arts festivals, arts organisations and other strategic partners
- Draft key documents for international partners with Letters of Cooperation and/or Memorandums of Understanding
- Update the database on history of cultural affairs and engagement with priority countries
- Brief the Marketing Department/Editor on preparation of key messaging for cultural affairs engagement.
- Research and recommend regional and international trips, conferences, festivals, awards, recognitions, and opportunities
- Research and monitor activities of key regional and international festivals and cultural organizations
Support the Executive Manager Business & Cultural:
- Implementing business partnership strategies increase potential for new sponsorship
- Research new prospective sponsorships and donors
- Coordination of all sponsorship and partnership key sponsors
- Tracking of sponsorship deliverables
- Preparation of sponsorship contracts
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Preferred Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Culture or equivalent or relevant industry experience
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Arts & Cultural / public / private sector organization
