Client is a new but successful and growing creative media agency that specialises in branding, photography, digital marketing, web design and social media management. They are currently looking for a very skilled Business Developer who can help this small but talented team build a sales department from scratch.
Key responsibilities will include team hiring and development, networking, generating pipelines, opening new channels and ultimately bringing new business to the organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of generating sales in a media/creative space. Good knowledge of how digital marketing, web design and social media management can improve business.
Applicants must have a good sales track record and the ability to build a business plan for growth. Candidates who have a UAE network and business knowledge is preferable. Experience in developing teams from scratch and/or working for start-up organisations is a plus.
