Employment: Full Time

Based in Dubai, SMSGlobal is one of the world's leading providers of mobile messaging solutions. We are at the forefront of messaging technology and are rapidly expanding our International footprint with new customer acquisition our main focus for 2016. With headquarters in Melbourne, sales operations around the globe, SMSGlobal offers leading edge web and application based messaging solutions for SME's, Government and Enterprise customers as well as other channel partners.

We are looking to the right candidate to:
- Find and attract new profitable SME's, Government and Enterprise customers
- Support and expand existing enterprise contracts
- Support the Account Manager with renewal activities

Role Responsibilities:
- Establish a relationship with each assigned client and continuously drive home the value of SMSGlobal's products and services
- Prospect and proactively generate new business opportunities
- Achieve KPIs, set ambitious goals and achieve even more ambitious targets
- Pro-actively seek out new business opportunities in the region and work towards achieving agreed new business targets
- Segment new business opportunities in order to be able to focus efforts on short list of clients with profit potential
- Establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets as agreed with Senior Sales Manager.
- Ensure outstanding representation and preparation at all significant Business Development meetings
- Maximise and maintain growth oriented relationships with key accounts in the region
- Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way.
- Work as part of an effective global team in order to drive consistency across corporate sales

Requirements

- Successful sales background in a B2B environment preferably in the technology space.
- Previous experience in a service industry of handling large, blue chip accounts and selling at Senior/Board Level.
- Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area.
- Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Skill and ability to adopt a “consultative” approach to effect problem solving and to explore options which ensure potential within a client account is maximised.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels.
- An ability to speak fluent English and Arabic is advantageous to deal with local parties
- Tertiary education in business &/or related fields
