Job description / Role
The Business Development & Operations Manager (B2B) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Focusing on the Asian and Indian markets, you will identify new business opportunities, manage strategic sales initiatives, and oversee the seamless delivery of services in the B2B sector within the product providers sectors of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence, with a particular focus on the industry and product providers sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential B2B clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing business development.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and uncover potential areas for growth. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services and to optimize business processes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly monitor and review partner performance, prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
Networking and Industry Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a robust network of industry contacts and stay informed on industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industry or product providers sectors, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) or specialized certifications in digital marketing, data analysis, or project management is preferred. Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in affiliate marketing and customer conversion strategies.
- Familiarity with the operations of industry providers such as Evolution and Play Tech is highly desirable.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
