We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our sales and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in market research, client follow-ups, preparing presentations, and coordinating business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support business development team in identifying new clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain CRM data and assist with client communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or business development (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn technical product details related to rubber belts and industrial applications.
