Job description / Role
StarPartners International is a UAE based Human Resource consulting firm, currently focused in two areas - talent search and leadership development. In the area of Talent search, StratPartners differentiates itself by being responsive to customer needs, meeting delivery commitments and maintaining a high standard of the search process - irrespective of whether it is a junior position or a senior executive mandate.
As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for developing business for StratPartners International in the UAE region by using your existing networks and developing new contacts in the industry.
The role requires you to generate business and also take the lead in the sourcing and assessment of candidates. While you will have the support of the sourcing team, you will be responsible for driving the closure of your mandates within the committed timelines.
Requirements
• If you are experienced in business development. have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer orientation and an entrepreneur mindset, you will be a fit for this role.
• You should have at least 3 years of experience in the area of business development in a recruitment firm or in a HR services company.
• You will go through a detailed orientation on the StratPartners way of working and will have an opportunity to develop your skills in presenting, interviewing and assessment.
• The role is billing target driven and your compensation will have a fixed component and a generous variable component linked to achieving targeted billings
