Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a top-notch Business Development Associate that can join a unique opportunity to witness the growth of a fast-growing well-funded tech startup led by industry leaders based out of the UAE. This role is an integral part of a team passionate about providing a world class customer experience, where individuals collaborate to ensure that only the best service level is accepted as norm.

• Develop meaningful relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
• Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Coordinate closely with the product, engineering and operations teams to define priorities, build relationships and execute deals & measure the impact of those deals.
• Act as a partner advocate internally & represent the startup externally with partners
• Support the deal process from relationship building and due diligence, to post-contract signing integration, and throughout the entire course of our operational relationship
• Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders, and negotiate and execute new growth and optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales, partnerships, business development, sales, banking, management consulting, private equity or at a high growth technology company
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven track record of building and executing on partnerships
• Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making
• Startup resourcefulness and passion for our mission
• Solid understanding of a variety of business models
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and do them well
• Extremely proactive, self starter mentality with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partners
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, team focused environment
• Passionate, energetic, driven to achieve progress and growth by thinking above and beyond
• Always hustling and ready to take on big bold bets
• Customer obsession by earning our customers’ trust by solving their problems
