Job description / Role
Market Awareness and Planning:
* Gather information on market realities on opportunities for sales by competitors tracking and analysis as keeping track of projects through interactions and connections with external parties.
* Ability to plan sales strategies, prospect sales opportunities.
Sales Target and Negotiation:
* Meet and exceed sales targets (top line and gross margins) for self, team, and territories on a consistent basis throughout the year.
* should be able to negotiate effectively with the client to close the deals in win-win situations for both parties.
Proposal, Presentations & Sales Order:
* Compile all aspects of the job and prepare a presentation with a quotation.
* Present ideas and proposals to the client when there is an opportunity.
Coordination and Communication:
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and update the client on day-to-day progress.
Reporting:
* Prepare activity report for internal use only for review of project performance review.
Requirements
* 1-3 years of work experience
* Must be female candidate & Arabic speaker
* Needs to have a thorough knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Digital marketing concept, and theories.
* Excellent communication skills, which include written and verbal followed by Presentation skills for having concept approved by client.
* Bachelors/Masters in Business Management/Commerce/Advertising
* Complete command of the spoken and written English language (the Arabic language preferred)
* Thorough knowledge of applications including Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
