Business Development Associate – Commercial Laundry Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our Client uses state-of-the-art equipment to provide laundry services tailored to needs to corporate or retail customers. Committed to delivering the highest quality service whilst minimizing environmental footprint and conforming to local and international standards. Guaranteeing that each client is managed by a dedicated account manager ensuring that all laundry is monitored and managed with precision and care while delivering the highest possible service at all times.
The Key role is to develop market share within Commercial Laundry services markets, establish and secure new sales opportunities within this space, including hospitality, medical and facilities.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Associate position is responsible for the acquisition of new medium to large corporate clients via outbound phone calls, email marketing campaigns and marketing and networking events. Responsibilities also include lead generation and management of prospect database. Additionally, the Business Development Associate is responsible for developing strategies for building the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation and continuous brand building through various channels including in-person networking events, social media, print, digital content and ad strategies.
Understand customer ‘s business needs and propose unique and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams in business development initiative.
Set targets, monitor, and review business performance.
Engage in strategic planning with other team members on client matters.
Develops potential strategies to further enhance client relationships based on issues documented during client visits.
Generate and follow up sales leads, and turn opportunities into business.
Discover new customers and expand the customer base.
Requirements

Strategic Thinking - Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent; or up to 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Engineering degree preferred. Sales experience preferred.
Skills:
(Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of applicable compliance rules and regulations and firm policies
