International architecture firm with prestigious track record in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Technical Candidate to join their Dubai based business.

• Responsible for business development/work winning, client management from pitching, project award throughout the life of design and technical delivery.
• This individual will be based in Dubai, with a primary focus on travelling into KSA and other EU, Far East locations as and when required.
• Utilizing a proven history of large scale project delivery in the Middle East, this individual will install confidence with major Developer clients, translating client requirements to Design HQ to ensure successful overall project delivery, facilitating approvals process, and leading the project delivery to hand over.
• Client facing, driving new opportunities for Architecture and Interior design, this person will report into the Partners, working closely with the commercial team and the Design and Technical Associates.

Requirements

• This individual will have worked for the last 10 odd years in Middle East market either coming from an Architecture or Civil/MEP Engineer background.
• With around 20-30 years of experience of leading major projects within consultancies, this professional will have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, teamed with expert technical and construction knowledge.
• Extremely organized, this individual will be able to problem solve under fast track conditions, whilst protecting the organizations interest to deliver highest standard of design and delivery for the client.
• Travel from UAE into KSA will be a priority, with UK, EU and SE Asia travel on adhoc.
