Job description / Role
Objectives:
The goal is to drive brainquil’s sustainable financial growth through consulting, boosting sales and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new sales leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Looking into the training needs analysis offered by the client and challenging it to find the real pain point.
- Collaborate with R&D in customizing the needed learning solution for the client.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Handling price negotiations phone, email, and in person
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, purchase orders etc. on our CRM
- Follow up on cash collection.
- Reporting to: Gulf Expansion Manager
- Number required: 1
- Desired start date: 1 July 2018
- Probation: 3 month
- Travel requirements: occasional travel required in the GCC
Requirements
Nature and Length Of Previous Experience:
- B2B Sales Experience & proven sales track record in the field of Training and Development.
Soft Skills and Personality Traits:
- Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Marketing Experience is a plus
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic is a plus
- Current Location: UAE Only
- Must have driver's license valid in UAE.
