Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our clients, a successful, UK-based estate agency that has recently opened its brand new office in Dubai!
This opportunity is unlike no other, as you will be working for a very successful agency, attending network events, and arranging meetings with investors that are in the UK market. So this will not be your typical Real Estate Broker position. So if you are a confident individual seeking a new role, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a salaried role and have full support from the Director, then this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Main Responsibilities:
- Networking and negotiating with Brokers & Investors
- Attending networking events
- Developing and implementing a sales plan to drive the business forward
- Arranging meetings with potential investors in the UK market
- Being the main contact for landlords/investors
Working Hours:
- You’ll be required to work Monday-Friday. There will be an element of working in the office, from home, and networking.
Full Package:
- Basic salary of up to £20,000 per annum (up to 8,000 AED per month)
- On target earning of £50,000+ per annum (4,000+ AED per month)
- Tax-free uncapped earnings
- Flexible working
- Full support from the Director
- Business expenses covered
Reporting to:
- Business Owner / Managing Director
Subordinates:
- Back office support (Based in the UK)
Duration:
- Permanent Position

Salary:
AED
10,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Skills and Personality traits:
- Strong negotiating skills

Previous Experience:
- Strong proven track record of winning new business within the Real Estate market in Dubai
- Leasing Real Estate experience essential
Specialist Knowledge:
- Good understanding of the Property Management market in the UK
Language Fluency:
- English
