Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and business presentations to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote services.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance visibility and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
