A superb opportunity to one of the world's most recognised and respected Professional Services Firm. This global player is now seeking Business Development Coordinators to join their new Business Development team, which has been formed to support a diverse range of practice areas to develop commercial and technical proposal materials, and to help provide tailored responses to requests from prospective clients.
The successful BD Coordinator will be the main point of contact for an assigned a practice area - you will develop a level of expertise and build / organize / maintain a knowledge base of reusable materials. You will project manage proposal delivery, from understanding client requirements to sourcing/tailoring existing content; this will include research, analysis and presenting findings and with the support of consulting staff, you will develop new content. You will collect all pieces of content into a proposal package that has a consistent look and feel and is in the required visual format (usually powerpoint) and you will ensure on-time delivery of all proposals entrusted to the team.
You will monitor and analyse the prospective business pipeline, and report against KPIs for the business pipeline and collect and analyze outcome data for all proposals.
You must have a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum 3 years relevant work experience (preferably in a consulting or consulting-adjacent role) along with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications, especially powerpoint. You will be comfortable with data analysis and modelling to develop content pieces and possess a self-motivated and collaborative working style.
Ideally you will have Industry knowledge corresponding to one of the firm's practice areas - preference given to candidates with experience in Oil & Gas/Engineering and experience with delivering within proposal/tendering processes.
Fluency in Arabic is preferable but not compulsory
