- The ideal candidate will be a dynamic female professional, fluent in both English and Arabic (though Arabic proficiency is not a strict requirement), with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industries.

- 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate and construction sectors.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, market expansion, and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in KSA and the broader GCC region.
