Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing Middle East customers and strategic partners, terms negotiation, coordination and all kinds of marketing activities of key customers.
- Responsible for the design, evaluation, negotiation, leading the project landing, and customer maintenance of the whole process of the project;
- Responsible for driving and coordinating the relevant departments within the company to complete the achievement of the customer's project.
- Responsible for implementing the immediate, medium and long-term strategy of overseas customers' automated driving business, as well as the corresponding business model, realization path, landing plan and economic model by understanding and undertake the company's strategy,

Requirements:

- Candidate Must Speak Chinese Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, international economics and trade, automation, vehicle engineering and other related majors.
- More than 10 years of sales or pre-sales experience in machinery, of which more than 5 years of sales experience in the type of large customers or large projects.
- Strong business skills, sales-oriented thinking, good customer service awareness, keen market insight, excellent negotiation and resilience, able to quickly establish trust with potential customers, able to bargain in favor of the company.
- Solid experience in program development, project management and good execution ability, after the program is determined, can coordinate all kinds of resources to ensure that the cooperation is reached.
- Strong logical thinking and strategic thinking ability, clear understanding of the company's strategy, and develop and refine the strategic landing plan for the business.
