Job description / Role
Client is a Dubai based interior fit out and joinery company seeking to increase it's current business development team. They are looking to employ a candidate that can step in and immediately get results in terms of relationships made and contracts won.
Main responsibilities:
- Proven track record in Business Development
- Be able to provide a strong contacts base of relationships that can quickly increase the pipleline
- Background in interior fit out
- Ability to bring in high-value projects, from AED 1 million upwards
- Commercial and hospitality focus
- Driven to succeed, ready to undertake a challenge and be the one with the plan to take the business to the next level
Desired start date: ASAP
Requirements
- Degree educated
- 5 years experience minimum
Specialist knowledge:
- Tight grasp on the interior fit out market with a good client base already established.
- Preferably a good knowledge of the hospitality and commercial sectors with relevant contacts therein.
