Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The person fitting into this position would be responsible for managing all sales activities, including lead generation, implementation of business marketing and sales plan, achievement of sales targets in alignment with long-term sales goals of the Business Unit. The role holder is also responsible for identifying potential customers, and ensuring they are in line with the strategy of the Business Unit. We would also expect the candidate to cross-sell within the groups other business unit whenever possible.

Core Responsibilities:
- Promotes the business to new and existing clients and secure new and repeat business by networking.
- Visits prospective customer on a regular basis to take orders, confirm delivery details and stock levels
- Manages sales operations, regularly monitor day-to-day operations, including checks on prospective clients, negotiations and the design of competitive sales packages
- Maintain all sales activity on the CRM program on a Daily basis.
- Provides customers with clarifications, answers queries, provides requested information and follows-up with customers
- Ensures all logistics related to sales, invoicing and delivery are in place.
- Ensures timely collection of receivables from clients (when applicable)
- Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time

Requirements

- High School / Diploma – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant Sales experience
- Strong English and/or Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- Interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- UAE driving license holder.
