Job description / Role
Our client a large construction company, is urgently looking for a Business Development Executive to be baed in Dubai.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility of the company operations including staff training improve on staff technical capabilities
• Deliver company growth and always looking for new opportunities and client
• Assess market demand and challenges
• Implement strategies to avoid risks and improve company standards
• Foster clients relationship and manage special and complicated project
• Provide management solutions in critical phase of a project
• Lead company design and build projects with VVIP clients.
• Prepare bid documents for high profile projects and review RFP documents for new projects, manage branches\' projects in different areas within jurisdiction.
Requirements
• At least 7 to 8 years of experience in Business Development within Engineering, Contracting and Construction industry
• Experience working in reputed Engineering Consultancy Firm
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Management or Engineering field
• Good Communications skills both in Arabic and English
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain business relationships
• Male preferred
